SHIPPING

All paid orders under Standard Delivery are processed on the same day and shipped out the following day.

 All paid orders under Same-Day Delivery are processed and shipped out on the same day; order cut-off for same-day delivery is at 4:00 PM. Orders received beyond the cut-off period will be processed and booked the following day.

 Same-day delivery applies to Metro Manila, Cainta, and Rizal areas only.

For Metro Manila, delivery lead time is between 1-3 days after ship out;

For Luzon, delivery lead time is between 2-4 days after ship out;

For Visayas & Mindanao, delivery lead time is between 5-10 days after ship out; lead time may be extended for island transfers.

Yes! For a minimum purchase of Php 1,500.00 (for Metro Manila) and Php 2,000.00 (for Provincial) using Standard Delivery, you automatically qualify for free shipping. This program, however, is not applicable to Same-Day Delivery.

· Shipping fee is computed based on factors such as weight, size, and delivery address of the order. You will find the shipping fee reflected on the check-out page section.

a. Select the item and add to your cart. (You may add more items to your cart or change the quantity if you haven't completed your order yet. Just update your cart before checking out.)

b. Check-out as a guest or log-in and use the account you created.

c. We now offer DragonPay as a payment gateway for various payment options (e.g. Credit Cards, DragonPay Prepaid Credits, Online Bank Transfers, E-Wallets, Over the Counter/ ATM Banking, GCash, Dragonpay installments, etc.), Paynamics and Paymongo as our payment gateway for Credit/Debit Cards, BDO Installment, Robinsons Bank Installment, HSBC Installment, Metrobank Installment, RCBC Installment and BPI Installment. Just choose a payment method that suits best for you and click the Complete Order button to advance to the payment window of your preferred payment method.

d. Once your payment is concluded and you've received a confirmation email from the chosen payment gateway on your payment, you can check your account status page and you should see that your order payment status will now be set to Paid, and we will, in turn, start preparing your order(s) for shipping. Note that with Over the Counter/ ATM Banking payments, these may take an hour or two for the payment to be reflected in our system so your order's payment status might only change to Paid after this period of time.

No, you are not required to create an account to buy from our website, but you may choose to create one for faster check-out on your subsequent purchase.

For Guest Checkout orders, you can view the status of your order at any time by going to the Order Status page (this is one of the menu choices right below the product search bar) and entering your order number and email address.

Notes:

Some payment options may not be available at times due to system upgrades/ maintenance. Should this be the case, you may choose another payment method that suits you.

A service charge might be incurred for over-the-counter deposits depending on your preferred bank. A processing fee is also required for online fund transfers. Rates depend on your chosen bank. So please check before you proceed with your online fund transfer transaction. Also, please note that an additional processing time may be needed for over-the-counter transactions as some banks can only reflect the payments on the following Monday.

Our prices are in Philippine Peso (PhP), hence, you may only use the Philippine Peso currency in placing your orders.
Yes. Your shipping address and other details are stored securely and will solely be used for delivery purposes only. Please indicate your ACCURATE and COMPLETE delivery address, including your BARANGAY to minimize any issues during delivery.

Once your order is complete, even if not yet paid, change of shipping address will no longer be allowed.
You will be given up to 48 hours to settle your payment via over-the-counter/ ATM banking. Non-payment within 48 hours from the time of your order may result in the cancellation of your order, but you may place your order again anytime, subject to product availability.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only products with defect or damage are valid for returns due to hygiene standards and merchant limitations.

Sale items and promo items are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos of the damage or defect, and a short description of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the turnaround time for refunds is subject to your respective credit cards' or banks' policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items that are deemed factory defect or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customercare@missingjohnny.ph and we will reach out to you regarding the procedure of exchange.
